We carefully select cotton which is used for our products.
2. Spinning
We make sure yarns are strong & equal. Uster report done.
3. Weaving
Weaving done on Air Jet looms - guarantee of better quality.
4. Finishing
Random mill's checks to ensure processing is done acc. standards.
5. Fabric
Quality of finished fabric is checked to match original requirements.
6. sewing
Random inspection at sewing for product size, thread quality.
7. Lab report
Lab report from for final product is provided by production mill.
8. our report
Additional quality report by our Quality Manager is done.
9. sample
Production sample is delivered for confirmation.
10. Quantity
Quantity inspection before shipment done by our Quality Manager.
